Erasmus+ Mobility at TUC

Incoming Students

Students wishing to apply to the Technical University of Crete for their Erasmus+ studies will have to be sure that their Institution has signed an Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement with TUC [Please check here]. 
Before submitting their application, incoming students must be nominated by their Home University, by e-mail at erasmus@tuc.gr.
Incoming students have to respect the deadlines for submitting applications, which are as follows:
June 1, both for the winter semester and the whole academic year
November 1, for the spring semester.
Incoming students should send their application to the ERASMUS+ Office by email at erasmus<at>isc.tuc.gr  together with:

  • Student application form
  • In case of diploma thesis preparation, incoming students should first of all (depending on their academic background ) seek the initial approval of a faculty member of one of TUC Schools to supervise their diploma thesis. Approval is given by the supervisor by filling in and signing the document INITIAL APPROVAL FOR SUPERVISION OF DIPLOMA THESIS which then must be included in the student's application package to TUC's Erasmus Office.
  • Online Learning Agreement (obligatory unless your home university does not support it yet) or Learning Agreement (signed and stamped by the students and their Home Institution)
  • Official Transcript of Records (in English only)
  • Official Certificate of English language competence level at B2   
  • Passport-size photo (for the Greek Student ID Card: Dimensions must be at least 240 x 240 px / The photo type must be: .jpg, .jpeg, .png / The size of the photo must not exceed 1MB / The photo should be recent, in color, on a neutral background and clearly show only the face of the eligible student.)
  • Passport or National ID
  • [EU students] European Health Insurance Card, valid for the duration of their stay - pdf file
    [Non EU students] Private Health Insurance Contract, valid for the duration of their stay - pdf file in English

Students are required to select courses for 30 ECTS in one semester and 60 ECTS in a full academic year and match them with courses of corresponding ECTS at their home university.
