I am looking for an ECE student interested in working on a Diploma thesis that will focus on the theoretical and computational study of resting-state brain effective connectivity based on the analysis of EEG data to assess neural networks in the brain. The research will be carried out in collaboration with colleagues from the Universities of British Columbia (UBC) and Victoria (Canada). The EEG data will be provided by UBC. The investigation of the resting-state of the human brain is an important field of research that can provide insight into brain organization and function and also has many potential clinical applications.
