Στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Erasmus+ Διεθνούς Κινητικότητας (Σχέδιο 2018-2020) θα δοθούν στα Αγγλικά από τον Αναπληρωτή Καθηγητή Lazar Dražeta του Πανεπιστημίου Singidunum (Βελιγράδι, Σερβία) την εβδομάδα 24 – 28/2/2020 οι ακόλουθες διαλέξεις:

Lean manufacturing: Concept of Kaizen, History of production development, Lean operational enemies/wastes, Problem solving (root cause analysis, brainstorming). During the Erasmus+ programme of International Mobility (2018-2020) the Associate Professor Lazar Dražeta from Singidunum University (Belgrade, Serbia) will give the following lectures in English:
Monday 24/02/2020, 12:00 – 15:00, Μ4001 (Buildings in MRED).Title of lecture: Lean manufacturing: Concept of Kaizen, History of production development, Lean operational enemies/wastes, Problem solving (root cause analysis, brainstorming).
Tuesday 25/02/2020, 12:00 - 14:00 Δ3.004 (Buildings in PEM). Title of lecture: Organizational change: Model, Commitment, Two sides of change, Sustainability of change, Corporate example.
Wednesday 26/02/2020, 12:00 – 15:00. Δ3.004 (Building in PEM). Title of lecture: Lean tools: a) 5S (five subsequent steps), b) Continuous improvement, c) Demand planning (example).
Short CV: Lazar Dražeta, PhD, is Associate Professor and Coordinator of Singidunum University Institute. He lectures number of papers in Human Resource Management both at the undergraduate and master studies. He is also a renowned business consultant with expertise in training and consulting, working with a number of clients such as Microsoft, Zuhlke Engineering, Morph Networks, Piraeus Bank, Ernst Young, Galenika, East Point Holding, etc.
