  Abstract:

  Abstract of the Thesis: The aim of this thesis is to study the relationship of a group of High Performance Work Practices with important job variables, such as Job Performance, Organizational Identification, Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Work Engagement, Job Satisfaction and Organizational commitment. The method that will be used is Multiple Regression Analysis, which will be applied to the results of related survey in the Banking sector.
