A delegation from the Khalifa University of Science and Technology (KU), (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates) made an official visit at the Technical University of Crete, on the 19th of February, 2019. During the visit, the representatives of Khalifa University had the opportunity to meet with the representatives of the Rectorate, and with representatives of the 5 Schools of TUC. The purpose of the meeting was the establishment of cooperation between the Institutions, focusing mainly on education, student mobility exchange programs, funding research, and innovation.

In the context of the visit, Leontios Hadjileontiadis, Professor of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, presented the postgraduate and doctoral programs, as well as the scholarship opportunities at Khalifa University.
