Abstract
Do you know what business model is best for you? How can you bring the most value to your customers? How to validate your business idea? These questions are key to consider when building your business model and are at the heart of the concept of Lean Startups. We will review the process of iterative experimentation that can help you develop the product that best fits your customer needs. Similarly, we will examine the relationships with other stakeholders, how to engage them, the importance of pivoting to adapt your products and how to enable continuous innovation.
